When it became apparent that a six-year-old had been instructed to shoot videos of his mother making out with her lover, the court procedures in a rape case took an unexpected turn. The judge instructed the police to file a formal complaint (FIR) against the guy and the woman after confirming the information.
The mother and her boyfriend have been charged by the Uran police for asking her six-year-old kid to record films of their private moments, as per the judge’s orders. According to the authorities, the woman filed rape charges once her husband learned of her affair, using the same video against her lover as evidence.
The incident is believed to have occurred between March 25 and April 3, 2024, according to the police. Based on the 25-year-old woman’s information, the Uran police filed a rape complaint against a 35-year-old man almost a month ago.
“The accused was taken into custody and appeared in court once the case was filed. The victim presented an intimate video of the two in bed to the court during the hearing as supporting documentation. After watching the footage, the court questioned the videographer and asked about the tape’s veracity. Under condition of anonymity, a Uran police official stated, “The woman confessed that her son made the video clip on the accused’s and her own instructions.” The boy was then called before the judge, and the police were instructed to file a formal complaint (FIR) against the mother and her boyfriend based on the boy’s account of events.

The police now believe that the extramarital affair may have caused their breakup, and she may have filed a police report against her boyfriend to demonstrate her loyalty to her husband.
